Why figured.fyi doesn't calculate medicine doses

A dose depends on things a calculator can't see: your other medicines, your kidneys and liver, your age, your weight on the day, and why you are taking it. A number that looks exact can be wrong for you, and with a medicine that matters.

So we don't offer dose calculators, for any medicine, and we took down the ones we had.

For a dose, ask your pharmacist or doctor. A pharmacist can check a dose with you for free, usually the same day. If someone may have taken too much of a medicine, call your local poison control centre or emergency number now.

Unit converters for things that aren't doses are still here: See all tools.
